Cranial Bliss Therapy (CBT)
Is a full-body experience that brings focused attention to areas often overlooked in classical massage — the cranium, neck, face, and jaw.
These are places where so many of us unknowingly store tension, stress & hidden emotions.
We weave in the conscious use of breath as a vehicle — not just for release, but for presence.
Rather than “fixing” or forcing, we soften into the practice of simply being with what arises.
Through breath, we cultivate acceptance.
Through acceptance, compassion naturally blooms — opening the doorway to deeper healing, stillness & surrender.

I was first introduced to this powerful work in 2018 by Dr. Jack Ebner, who shared with me a series of profound & unique, cranium-focused techniques.
It was a game-changer.
That experience inspired me to develop & offer Cranial Bliss Therapy, now integrated into a full-body, breath-centered practice.

Hatha yoga & meditation are woven into the container — as foundations for cultivating awareness, stillness & embodied connection.
