Since 2020 I have been offering Cranial Bliss Therapy.

Now an integrated full-body, breath & heart centered practice.

CBT is a full-body experience with focus on areas often overlooked in classical massage — the cranium, neck, face, & jaw.

Including the breath as a vessel — for release & presence.

No “fixing” or “forcing”, instead you rest into feeling what arises.

When you “‘fully feel”, acceptance & compassion naturally arises, opening the door to authentic self healing.
