Origin & Essence of CBT

I was first initiated into this powerful work in 2018 by Dr. Jack Ebner in a 50 hour immersive training retreat he was offering in California, USA.

He is a renowned chiropractor in the state of California & seasoned yoga practitioner for over 40+ years.

Founder/Director of Omadawn Wellness Center & Yoga Studio 1988-2012.

As well as an ayurvedic medicine practitioner.

In the immersive retreat he shared his on unique series of profound cranium-focused techniques as well as a crash course on the Yoga Sutras, classical yoga system of Patanjali.

That experience & the effects I received from the method inspired me to begin sharing right away with my friends, family & spiritual sangha.

Since 2020 I am thankful & inspired to offer Cranial Bliss Therapy.

Now a integrated full-body, breath & heart centered practice.

It continues to evolve in each session & retreat that i’m blessed to facilitate.

The cranial techniques offer a full-body experience that brings a focused attention to areas often overlooked in classical massage — the cranium, neck, face, & jaw.

Consciously weaving in the use of breath as a living vehicle — not just for release, but for presence.
Rather than “fixing” or forcing, we rest into simply being with what arises.
Through breath, we cultivate acceptance.

Through acceptance, compassion naturally blooms — opening the doorway to deeper healing, presence & surrender.

In a one‑on‑one sacred space, our journey begins with a gentle, openhearted conversation—inviting what is most alive for you in this moment, and together sensing where in your body that life and truth are already present.

Next, we invite that alive tension— emotion or feeling—more fully into your conscious awareness, & together, we co-create a space in which you can deeply rest, & feel peace,& wholeness throughout your entire being.

You are fully invited to open, to relax, to trust, to simply be—& to move through a wholehearted acceptance of what is here in the present moment, so that a deeper release can unfold across your body, emotion, & mind.

Retreats & Workshops

In the retreats, I share a simplified, intuitive sequence of the cranial techniques that have touched my heart. We journey together into the art of presence—practicing attuned, open‑hearted communication, trusting one another, & gently letting go so that what no longer serves you.

Yoga and meditation are gently woven into the container—as foundational anchors for cultivating a compassionate, non‑reactive presence, nurturing self‑awareness, & fostering an embodied connection. So that you are free to explore your inner world safely, openly, & with trust.

You will learn hands‑on techniques of cranial massage, leaving with a deepened trust in your capacity to hold sacred space—both for yourself & for others. You’ll learn how to integrate this profound practice into your daily life: with friends, family, clients, whenever caring, healing presence is called forth.
