WHAT IS Cranial Bliss Therapy ?

Cranial Bliss Therapy is a full-body somatic massage, with special attention to areas often left out of classical massage — the cranium, neck, face & jaw. Breath is woven through every session as a tool for release and presence.

There's no fixing, no forcing. You're invited to simply feel what's here — and in that feeling, healing begins to happen on its own.

I offer CBT as private 1:1 sessions and as part of small-group retreats in Mexico and New Zealand.
