RETReaT Testimonial 2025

“This retreat workshop was so heart opening for me. I was able to relax into a connective & calm state of being.

Giving & receiving a beautiful & relaxing treatment that soothes the soul. I don’t generally have the patience.

I was guided into the zone & everything flowed naturally. It boosted my confidence &comfort. I returned home with a calmer nervous system & state of mind.

I highly recommend Aimee’s shared teachings if you are on the journey of self-care, self- love & connection with others.”

In Her Words

A reflection from our July 2026 retreat, by Clare Luiten

"As I sit and type this, I have the taste of one of the generous gifts still swirling in my mouth, given by Aimee at our completion circle — cacao from Mexico.

When I arrived at the retreat, despite knowing better, stressful life situations had gotten the better of me. Life had been busy, my gut was in a knot, my shoulders were so tense they were actually burning, and I couldn't shift my system into rest & relax if I tried.

We were asked to set an intention on the first afternoon, and mine was to walk out of there feeling like a different human. Thankfully, through mindful, generous & humorous community, this is exactly what happened.

Aimee held a spacious, warm environment. The place we were staying had incredible views, and the most weird & wonderful collection of furniture & art. The warmth, care & presence of the hosts was heart-softening. It felt like turning up to your favourite aunt's place — being given a deliciously comfortable bed, fed delicious, nutritious food, having many joyous, intense, fun conversations, & also having a sauna & spa to soak away any remaining tension.

Having incredible, beautiful beaches was also a highlight. A couple of mid-winter dips altered my perspective on life instantaneously!

I've never been one for ceremony, but the collective humour & sincerity in which an honouring of the mother — be that mother earth, the feminine, etc — was held on the Saturday night was a highlight. There was something so celebratory about it, so indulgent, so generous, that you couldn't help but be reminded of the earth's gifts, to celebrate the wealth we have right under our feet — the intelligence, the generosity.

The cranial massage work itself was simple, clear & infinitely effective — releasing tensions, allowing for full body integration, for the juices supported by parasympathetic activation to work their body harmony.

Overall, it was evident that the whole weekend had been so carefully crafted — you didn't notice the effort, but so much care had been taken to make our experience a joyous one.

Did I walk away feeling like a different human? Most definitely. And it has continued to flow into my life. I'm taking time in mornings to light a candle, to sit — even if just for 10 minutes — to let gratitude & joy wash my system before I start the day.

Thank you for all the gifts, Aimee."
